| Goal or Purpose: |
Establish a longitudinal practice oriented database using the hypertension registry. The registry will be established from medical records of patients who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure.

| Inclusion Criteria: |
Diagnosed with high blood pressure (B.P. > 140/90)
All ages
All races with a specific focus on African Americans
