Exit Interview

An exit interview is a tool that will help the Office of Faculty Affairs gain an understanding of why faculty leave MSM.  The interview is intended to capture ideas for improvement while promoting a positive interaction with departing faculty.  We hope to learn from the experiences of departing faculty and improve practices accordingly.

The results derived from this exit interview will be used to identify potential opportunities to reduce turn over rates, increase retention and improve morale.
