Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) and Morehouse Medical Associates, Inc. This commitment is advanced and secured through the integrity and ethical standards of MSM officers, physicians, and employees.

It is the policy of MSM/MMA that all professional services rendered shall be provided and documented in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, and interpretations. It is the policy of MSM that all Responsible Parties, as defined in the MSM/MMA Compliance Plan, shall comply with the guidelines set forth in this compliance manual. In accordance with the Billing Compliance Plan, MSM/MMA policy prohibits the submission of any bill or claim by or on behalf of any faculty member for services subject to a compensation plan that fails to satisfy applicable requirements for payment by government and private payors. If any monies are received and later determined to be in violation of the MSM/MMA Billing Compliance Program, these monies shall be refunded to the appropriate payor.
