Through a Cooperative Agreement with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) and the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences/Cork Institute at Morehouse School of Medicine has established the Historically Black Colleges and Universities National Resource Center for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Infrastructure Development (HBCU-NRC).
