INFORMATION - INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS Only candidates meeting the minimum qualifications for a position as outlined in the position description will be granted an interview and may ultimately be offered employment with MSM. When applying for vacant positions, please be sure to indicate the position title and Request to Recruit Personnel Number (i.e. RP#1111-Administrative Assistant) on your application and/or cover letter. click on human resources, click forms, click employment application. The application must be printed and mailed to:

Submission of a cover letter and resume indicating which position(s) you wish to be considered for. Resumes and cover letters can be submitted using the following methods:
Employment Applications are maintained on file in Human Resources for a period of twelve (12) months. Resumes are not maintained on file and require submission for each position the applicant wishes to be considered for. Applications/resumes are forwarded to the hiring department/official each week for review and consideration. The hiring department/official will contact candidates directly to schedule an interview. Once all interviews have been conducted, the hiring department/official will contact Human Resources regarding a hiring decision. Human Resources will contact the selected candidate to extend an employment offer after the background check has been cleared and all of the necessary paperwork has been processed. All new employees must attend New Employee Orientation/In-processing, which is scheduled Monday of each week unless Monday is a holiday and in that event, new employees will be in-processed the Friday prior to the holiday. |
