Anatomy
and Neurobiology
The
purpose and mission of the department of Anatomy and Neurobiology
are multifold and highly inter-related. They are:
-
To provide the highest level of instruction to our medical students
in two major first year courses, Human Morphology and Human Neurobiology,
and to the growing numbers of graduate students,
- To
recruit, retain and support faculty members who are engaged in
highly meritorious scholarly work in the areas of research and
education.
- To
provide broad academic support, leadership and service to the
institution as required to satisfy the needs of a modern health-care
training and research center.
