James Griffin Ph.D.

Dr. Griffin joined the Department of Pediatrics in September, 2003 as the Principal Investigator of the IMANI Project. He received a B.A. and a M.A. in Psychology in 1976 from West Virginia University in Morgantown, VA. Dr. Griffin received a Ph.D. in Community/Organizational Psychology from Georgia State University in 1991.

He completed an internship and residency program at Spencer State Hospital in Spencer, WV in 1978. He has extensive experience in behavioral science research, including specialized areas addressing children and adolescents.
