Operational Excellence
In an effort to increase the overall efficiencies at MSM, we have implemented a Change
Management process by strategizing our operational approach to excellence in all areas
of the organization. As such, MSM has launched Operational Excellence initiatives
by identifying key stakeholders across the Institution to participate in projects
to review people, processes, and technology. The goal of each project team is to eliminate
the non-value added steps, add technology enhancements, and increase the overall efficiencies
of a function.
