MSM Congratulates Dr. Chinedu Ivonye, Winner of the 2023 Georgia American College of Physicians Laureate Award
Morehouse School of Medicine is proud to announce that Chinedu Ivonye, MD, FACP, has won the 2023 Georgia American College of Physicians Laureate Award, the organization's highest honor. Dr. Ivonye serves as MSM Associate Dean of Graduate Medical Education, Professor of Medicine, and Designated Institutional Official for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). He will receive the award during the chapter's Annual Scientific Meeting, October 6-8 in Savannah, Georgia.
The Laureate Award honors those Fellows and Masters of the American College of Physicians who have demonstrated by their example and conduct an abiding commitment to excellence in medical care, education, or research and in service to their community, their Chapter, and the American College of Physicians.
