You must be registered with Accessibility Services to apply for an ESA. If you are new to Accessibility Services, you must create an Accommodate account. If you are already registered with our office, you must submit a supplemental request in Accommodate.

You and your healthcare provider must review the Emotional Support Animal policy. Please visit the MSM Student Handbook.
Emotional Support Animal requests are reviewed 120 days prior to a decision.
