Join us for the 4th annual Atlanta Workshop for Single-cell Omics (AWSOM) 2025 hosted
by the Atlanta Single-cell Omics and Analytics Initiative (ASCOmAI) and jointly organized
by Morehouse School of Medicine, Emory University and Georgia Tech. The 2-day event
will be held in the Calvin Smyre Education Conference Center, on the campus of Morehouse
School of Medicine.
The workshop will highlight short talks and poster presentations in the areas of bioinformatics/single-cell
analytics and experimental applications of single-cell technologies (e.g., scRNAseq,
snATACseq, spatial transcriptomics) for biological, clinical, and translational research.
Additionally, the event will provide opportunities for attendees to network with academic
peers and be introduced to industry partners that specialize in supporting omics projects.
